In these terms, "Company" refers to Clarity Castle s.r.l., the operator of WhyNotBet; "Customer" or "User" means any individual accessing WhyNotBet's services; "Website" denotes whynotbet.com or its associated websites.

WhyNotBet is licensed by Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority, Comoros. The Website is accessible from anywhere in the world including the UK but such access shall be subject to all applicable laws.
Age Restriction
The minimum age for opening a User account and playing on WhyNotBet is 18 years or older as determined by the jurisdiction where the User is accessing the service. Account Restrictions
Each User can only register one account with WhyNotBet and any attempts to open multiple accounts will be blocked without notice and may incur penalties. Any information provided as part of the registration process must be correct.

Deposits, Wagers & Withdrawals

Entire Agreement
This document is considered an entirely binding agreement between WhyNotBet and User by access/usage of the site, overrides any prior conditions or agreements without exceptions unless stipulated under Anjouan law and/or jurisdictional regulations.
